At 10874 War Emblem Ave., The Point, Jubilee Farms, Daphne, Alabama:  On or about June 24, 2020 and at times prior the employer allowed his employees to operate pneumatic nail guns without eye protection while performing framing activities exposing his employees to struck-by hazards.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  At 10874 War Emblem Ave., The Point, Jubilee Farms, Daphne, Alabama:  On or about June 24, 2020 and at times prior the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities from a high slope roof without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 10 feet 1 inch to the ground below.
