29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1): The employer did not submit to the Agency documents demonstrating that abatement is complete for each willful or repeat violation and for any serious violation for which the Agency indicates in the citation that such abatement documentation is required.  On or about January 24, 2018:  The employer failed to submit documentation and certification of corrective action for citation 1, item 1, issued on July 13, 2017, with an abatement due date of August 8, 2017.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  On or about June 9, 2017, at 5577 Peachtree Blvd, Chamblee, Georgia:  a) An employee performing demolition work was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 8.9-feet when he worked from the roof of a building without using fall protection.   b) An employee performing demolition work was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 8.9-feet when he tied a rope around his waist while working from the roof of a building.
