29 CFR 1910.184(c)(9): All employees were not kept clear of suspended loads:    a) Jobsite, 447 Arthur Road, Washington, PA 15301:  On or about March 13, 2017, employees were not kept clear of acoustic panels as they were being stacked.  The panels each weighed approximately 1500 pounds and were being moved with a JLG brand telescopic forklift (model number G12-55A, serial number 0160053216) and synthetic slings.  Employees on the ground were exposed to struck-by hazards while helping to stack the panels.
