29 CFR 1910.133(a)(2): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used eye protection that provided side protection when there was a hazard from flying objects. On or about 13 June 2017, and at times prior thereto, an employee was operating a circular saw to cut pieces of metal that created sparks without the use of eye protection, exposing the employee to the hazard of being struck by flying particles.
