Employees were exposed to approximately 10 feet fall hazard from the roof eaves to the ground below.    Yearout's Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard (1926.501 (b) (13), which was contained in OSHA Inspection # 1073618, Citation number 1, Item number 2, with respect to a workplace located at 18818 Sloan, Lakewood, OH, 44107.  (Affirmed as a final order on August 24. 2015)
