OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees are exposed to caught by injuries from utilizing underrated magnetic lifting devices: (a) Wire EDM area; On or about May 31, 2017, an employee was injured while lifting a workpiece with an air gap (contour) that exceeded identified limits for load rating capacities of a Tecnomagnete (model MaxX 500) brand manually controlled permanent magnet lifter.
