29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: (a) Outside, Left Side of Building: On or about July 10, 2017 and times prior, employees would access equipment, such as sign poles and oil dry, as well as perform cleaning operations in close proximity to an extension cord that was being used as permanent wiring to power a Home City Ice Machine.
