29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. (a)Specialty Roofing and Siding, LLC @ 7100 W. 52nd Ave., Sioux Falls, SD 57106: On and prior to June 13, 2017, the controlling employer did not conduct frequent and regular inspections of the job-sites were occurring to ensure subcontractor employees were working safely. Subcontractor employees were working on a re-roofing project without the use of a fall protection system on a single family home. The condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet.
