29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:    On or about June 13, 2017 and at times prior thereto, at the worksite located at or near 14 Joel Lane, Maumelle, Arkansas, an employee standing on the ground without a hard had was passing lumber to an employee standing on the top plate of a frame, 9 feet above him. This condition exposed the employee to struck by injuries.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.    On or about June 13, 2017 and times prior thereto, at the worksite located at or near 14 Joel Lane, Maumelle, Arkansas, employees were using pneumatic nail guns to perform residential framing construction without eye protection. This condition exposed employees to struck by hazards.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     On or about June 13, 2017 and at times prior thereto, at the worksite located at or near 14 Joel Lane, Maumelle, Arkansas, employees who were engaged in residential framing construction were exposed to a fall distance of greater than 6 feet without fall protection while standing on the top plate of the frame. This condition exposed employees to the hazard of falling to the ground below.
