29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a. On or about June 14, 2017, on the west side of the roof frame, an employee conducting framing operations was not protected from a 18 feet 4 inches fall hazard by the use of fall protection system. b. On or about June 14, 2017, on the east and west side of the roof frame, an employee conducting framing operations was not protected from a 8 feet and higher fall hazard by the use of fall protection system. Navarro Framing of Jax, Inc. was previously cited for a serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 898790, citation number 1, item number 1-a and was affirmed as final order on May 30, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 4645 Plantation Oaks Blvd. Middleburg, Florida.
