29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):       a. On or about June 14, 2017, on the east side of the roof frame on Lot 5, subcontracted employee of C & B Carpentry LLC conducting framing operations was not protected from an 18 feet 4 inches fall hazard by the use of fall protection system.      b. On or about June 14, 2017, on the east side of the second floor level on Lot 5, subcontracted employees of C & B Carpentry LLC conducting framing operations were not protected from an 10 feet 4 inches fall hazard by the use of fall protection system.      c. On or about June 14, 2017, on the west side of the roof frame on Lot 5, subcontracted employee of C & B Carpentry LLC conducting framing operations was not protected from an 8 feet fall hazard by the use of fall protection system.      d. On or about June 14, 2017, on the west side of the roof frame on Lot 3, subcontracted employee of Navarro framing of Jax Inc. conducting framing operations was not protected from a 18 feet 4 inches fall hazard by the use of fall protection system.       e. On or about June 14, 2017, on the east and west  side of the roof frame on Lot 3, subcontracted employee of Navarro framing of Jax Inc. conducting framing operations was not protected from a 8 feet and higher fall hazard by the use of fall protection system.      D.R. Horton, Inc. was previously cited for a other-than-serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1093144, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as final order on September 06, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 5455 Enfield Way, Suwanee, Georgia.    D.R. Horton Realty of Central Florida, LLC was previously cited for a serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1097061, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as final order on December 23, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 5416 SW 49th Ave., Ocala, Florida.
