29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  At the jobsite located at 1937 S Range Rd Colby KS, employees engaged in rivet drilling operations on existing roof panels at the leading edge of the roof were exposed to fall hazards of approx. 19 feet on a flat roof in that no fall protection system was in place.
