29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: a- Eastampton Place Development, Building 1000, Eastampton NJ: Employees, not using fall protection, were exposed to fall hazards (in excess of 25 feet to the ground surface below) when performing framing and other related activities at the unprotected edges of a building's fourth story. Condition observed on or about 06/12/17.
