29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: a) Shooting Range Big Bay: On or about 6/22/2017, employees were exposed to lead when employer did not ensure that surfaces were maintained free of lead accumulations. A wipe sample from the squeegee handle was collected on 6/22/2017 revealing 2875 micrograms of lead present. Repeat - Serious Citation: Range, Guns & Safes, LLC was previously cited for a serious violation of the same occupational safety and health standard and hazard of 29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection # 1164732, Citation #1, Item 1 and was affirmed as final order on 9/20/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 285 Lake Mirror Rd, Forest Park, GA 30297.

29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace: a) Shooting Range area: On or about 6/15/2017, employees were exposed to respiratory tract irritations when they were required to wear North 5500-30 M half mask respirators for cleaning and sweeping the shooting range when no respirator medical evaluations were provided to employees.
