29 CFR 1910.179(j)(3): A complete periodic inspection of crane(s) had not been conducted in the past 12 months:  Maintenance Shop: A complete periodic inspection of the Whiting 10-ton overhead crane was last conducted April 21, 2004. Employees were exposed to potential fractures from a fallen load.   BIA was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1056020, Notice number 1, Item number 6 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/28/2015, with respect to a workplace located at BIA/Division of Transportation/Maintenance Yard, Fort Defiance, AZ.
