29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person (i.e., a person who is capable of identifying existing hazards) Location: 920 Broadway, Saugus, MA (Red Roof Inn) On or about 06/15/2017, the employer did not preform frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite to identify safety and health hazards such as employees working greater than twenty-five feet above a lower level without any means of fall protection, employees working without adequate PPE, employees not being provided a safe means of access to the roof work area, employees utilizing a rough terrain powered industrial truck as an aerial lift and allowing an untrained employee to operate a rough terrain powered industrial truck which was provided by Jackson Construction.
