29 CFR 1910.212(a)(2): Machine guard(s) on machine(s) were so installed that they offered accident hazards in themselves. a) Bagging Area, 157 Passan Drive, Laflin, PA - Employees operated four (4) bagging machines with guards (upper swing arms) that exposed employees to caught-in hazards (pinch point) between the metal plate of the upper swing arms and the forming tube/snouts and struck-by hazards created by the mechanical movement of the upper swing arms, on or about June 5, 2017. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation.

In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation.
