29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii): One stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge. This violation occurred on June 16, 2017, and at times prior thereto when the employer allowed employees to use a stairway to the job trailer that was not equipped with handrails on open sides. Employees were exposed to the hazard of falling more than 30 inches to the concrete below.
