29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladder(s) were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed: Employee performing dry wall work was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 19 feet to the lower level in that the employee positioned an aluminum plank on the rung of an extension ladder to reach an area that needed to be taped. Employee was using the ladder for other than it's intended purpose.
