29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system:  (a)  RPN Trim at 9701 Dahlia Lane, Thornton CO 80229: On June 15, 2017 the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that one employee was cutting trim from a section of the second level roof eave while standing on a first level gabled roof section, without the use of a fall protection system.  This condition exposed the employee to a fall hazards of approximately 15 feet.
