29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury:     Water Walk Hotel, Building 2:  On or about June 19,2017, and at times prior thereto, employees without fall protection were exposed to a fall hazard greater than 6 feet, while framing a portion of the roof without being trained on fall hazard recognition.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   Water Walk Hotel, Building 2:  On or about June 19, 2017, and at times prior thereto, employees without fall protection were exposed to fall hazards greater than 6 feet to the unpaved ground below while framing a portion of the roof.      R & J Framing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1108260, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/31/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 2443 FM1488 Conroe, Texas 77384.
