These overcurrent devices may not be located where they will be exposed to physical damage or in the vicinity of easily ignitable material. WORKSHOP: The disconnect/breaker having built-in overcurrent device was blocked with particle boards, compressor, and boxes of dowels.

ESTABLISHMENT: The employer had not reported to OSHA within 24 hours the amputation incident of the employee operating the Altendorf WA8 sliding table saw.
