Crossbraces were used as a means of access.  a) Exterior of Building - Scaffold Left Side: Employees were exposed to a fall hazards of approximately 18 feet while engaged in masonry activities from a welded frame scaffold that did not have a proper means of access, on or about 6/10/17.
