Panama City Beach, FL. the employer did not ensure live circuits to which the employees was exposed to were de-energized while replacing a fountain lighting system, exposing employees to the hazards of electrocution.

On or about June 19, 2017, an unqualified employees working on an energized 120 volt electrical power supply while replacing a fountain lighting system, was exposed to an electrocution hazard.
