29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  On or about 6/19/17 at the N.E. corner of the building; the employer allowed his employee to work at the edge of the open sided floor 8'8" above a lower level erecting guardrails without any fall protection; thus exposing the employee to fractures and other serious injuries.

On or about 6/19/17 at the N.E. corner of the building; the employer allowed employees to work in the building without any fire extinguishers; thus exposing employees to potential fire hazards.
