This area was used as a temporary staging point for scaffold components and other material, and frequented by other workers carrying the same.      b)  At the jobsite, on or about 6/7/17:  A temporary light was mounted onto the ceiling and powered with a cord that hung down into the passageway and was spliced and held together with wire nuts.  Workers who frequented this passageway would duck underneath or to the side to avoid the spliced live wire.
