29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report an in-patient hospitalization as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four hours: (a) On or about June 8th, 2017 an employee fell from a ladder and sustained multiple injuries while attempting to replace an overhead cable line and failed to report the incident to the area office within the required timeframe in the vicinity of 522 Broadway Drive North in Fargo, North Dakota.
