THE U. S. NAVY WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD, WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 967513, CITATION 01, ITEM NUMBER 00 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON JUNE 25, 2016, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT U. S. NAVY, NAVFAC LEMOORE - NAVAL FACILTIES ENGINEERING COMMAND SOUTHWEST REGION, BUILDING 750 ENTERPRISE AVENUE, LEMOORE NAVAL IR STATION, CALIFORNIA 93246.
