Fourth Floor Coordinator Cubicle, where boxes and equipment were located on the floor in the aisle way. 2. Fourth Floor Communications Storage Cubicle, where boxes and equipment were located on the floor in the aisle way. 3. First Floor Garage, where items including but not limited to, boxes, wire spools, equipment cases, and field equipment were placed on the floor in a manner that blocked the aisle ways and impeded access to the exit discharge doors.
