29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems nor was an alternative fall protection plan: On or about 21 June 2017, two employees were conducting framing work on a residential house under construction up to approximately 20 feet high without the use of fall protection, exposing the employees to a fall hazard.
