29 CFR 1910.1027(d)(1)(i): Each employer who has a workplace or work operation covered by this section shall determine if any employee may be exposed to cadmium at or above the action level: On or about July 12, 2017, the worker(s) in the soldering/brazing operation that use a silver compound, which contains cadmium, have not been sampled to determine the airborne exposure level of cadmium they are exposed to while soldering the diesel engine part(s) together.

29 CFR 1910.1027(m)(4)(i): The employer shall train each employee who is potentially exposed to cadmium in accordance with the requirements of this section. The employer shall institute a training program, ensure employee participation in the program, and maintain a record of the contents of such program. On or about July 12, 2017, the employer had not established a training program as required for the worker(s) in the soldering/brazing operation that use a silver compound, which contains cadmium.
