29 CFR 1910.1450(e)(1): Where hazardous chemicals were used in the workplace, the employer did not develop and carry out the provisions of a written Chemical Hygiene Plan which was capable of protecting employees from health hazards associated with hazardous chemicals: Employees were exposed to hazardous chemicals. The employer did not develop or implement a Chemical Hygiene Plan. Employees throughout the laboratory were exposed to hazardous chemicals such as but no limited to 2-Propanol, Acetone, Urea, Hydrochloric Acid, Sulfuric Acid and Sodium Fluoride.
