29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: Employees working in the following instances were exposed to chemical burns and tissue damage to the eye in that : a) An eyewash station was not provided near the battery charging and maintenance station in the bulk storage building 01202. b) An eyewash station was not provided near the battery charging and maintenance station in the staging building 01024. c) The eyewash station was over pressure and needed maintenance in the HAZMAT storage building 01388.
