(a) Red Shed: On or about June 12, 2017 and at times prior, at approximately 17 ft. Eagle Farms Red Shed, LLC employees under the direction of Eagle Farms, Inc. supervision were removing metal roofing panels during demolition of the Red Shed without the use of fall protection. One employee fell approximately 17 feet to the concrete floor below. Note: Abatement certification and documentation is required for this item.
