29 CFR 1926.602(c)(1)(i): Lifting and hauling equipment did not have the rated capacity clearly posted on the vehicle so as to be clearly visible to the operator: 165 Russel Street, Hadley, MA: On or about June 22, 2017 lifting equipment in the form of a JLG telescoping, rough terrain forklift, model # TL1055, serial number TBM00467, was in use to raise and lower structural steel members and the load charts indicating maximum capacities with various attachments and boom lengths was not clearly posted in the cab of the vehicle for the operator to reference exposing employees to struck by hazards.
