29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed:    (a) The employer did not close unused openings on electrical equipment.  This violation was observed on or about June 20, 2017, and July 13, 2017, at building 27, near to the break room, where electrical panel was missing circuit breakers.
