29 CFR 1910.333(a)(1): Live parts to which an employee would be exposed were not denergized before the employee worked on or near them, unless the employer  could demonstrate that denergizing introduced additional or increased hazards or was infeasible due to equipment design or operational limitations:   a) At the Northeast Area of the Bottling Plant, employees authorized to repair/maintain equipment such as, but not limited to the E-line conveyor were exposed to an electrical hazard, in that, live parts were not denergized prior to work on the conveyor by E-line, on or about 06/21/2017.

29 CFR 1910.333(b)(2): While an employee was exposed to contact with parts of fixed electric equipment or circuits which were deenergized, the circuits energizing the parts were not locked out or tagged or both in accordance with the requirements of this paragraph (b) of 29 CFR 1910.333(b)(2):  a) At the Northeast Area of the Bottling Plant, employees authorized to repair/maintain equipment such as but, not limited to the E-line conveyor were exposed to an electrical hazard, in that, there was no specific procedures for testing to determine if the orange wire by the E-line conveyor was energized/live, on or about 06/21/2017.
