29 CFR 1910.141(c)(1)(i): Toilet facilities were not provided in accordance with TABLE J-1 of this Section: a: On or about 06/22/2017, U.S. Customs and Border Patrol Facility - #1 La Puntilla street- Control room area, San Juan, PR: Private security officers working at the control room were not permitted /unable to use bathroom facilities when needed exposing them to adverse health effects. Consequently, the employees used cans, bottles in their immediate work area to relive their bladder and /or bowel. Note: Certification and documentation of abatement must be submitted for this citation item as required by 29. CFR 1903.19(c) and (d), respectively.
