29 CFR 1910.28(b)(4)(i): (i) The employer must ensure that each employee on a dockboard is protected from falling 4 feet (1.2 m) or more to a lower level by a guardrail system or handrails.  1) Dock Area: On or about June 22, 2017, the employer exposed employees to a fall hazard of 4 feet in that all open sides around the docks were not guarded while employees were working around the dock and operating forklift trucks.
