29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report an in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours: (a). Worksite located at 2800 E. 32nd Street, Joplin, Missouri- An employee fell and was injured on June 9, 2017 and was admitted to the hospital for treatment. The employer failed to report the incident within twenty-four hours of the incident.
