29 CFR 1926.250(a)(1): All materials stored in tiers were not stacked, racked, blocked, interlocked, or otherwise secured to prevent sliding, falling, or collapse: Location: 318 E 116th Street, New York, N.Y. On or about 5/30/2017 a) An employee was injured when a 10 ft long pole (steel post) fell from a truck when the banding strap was cut. The poles were not blocked, interlocked or secured by truck posts. The poles were being used to construct a sidewalk shed.
