29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): The employer did not establish and implement a written respiratory protection program with worksite-specific procedures in any workplace where respirators were necessary to protect the health of the employee or whenever respirators were required by the employer:  a) Furniture Restoration Areas/Spray Room:    Employees spraying solvent-based chemicals from aerosol cans including but not limited to Mohawk Pre-Catalyzed Clear Finish Sealer [isopropanol, n-butyl acetate, isobutyl acetate], Mohawk Pre-Catalyzed Clear Lacquer [n-butyl acetate, butanol], Tone Finish Toner [acetone, isobutyl acetate], etc. were required to wear half face air purifying respirators and the employer did not implement a written respiratory program with worksite specific procedures; on or about 6/19/17.
