29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level. This violation occurred on June 16, 2017, where at least four employees were exposed to falls of approximately 12 feet to the ground below while performing masonry work on a welded frame scaffold.
