Spray Area: On or about June 20, 2017, and at times prior, employees were exposed to respiratory hazards associated with working with Ecologic Rustex Direct to Metal Primer 70323 while wearing a 3M half mask elastomeric respirator with NIOSH 6001 cartridges without having procedures for regularly evaluating the effectiveness of the program.
