29 CFR 1910.22(d)(2): Hazardous conditions on walking/working surfaces were not corrected or repaired before an employee uses the walking-working surface again. If the correction or repair cannot be made immediately, the hazard must be guarded to prevent employees from using the walking-working surface until the hazard is corrected or repaired:    a) WBM International, LLC /Flemington, NJ site - warehouse front building:    Employees that store product in the room that contains a pit were exposed to fall hazards from the open sides that they could fall into. The pit was completely open exposing employees to an approximate 3-6 foot drop.    Condition observed on or about 6/23/2017.

29 CFR 1910.178(k)(1): The brakes of highway truck(s) were not set and wheel chocks placed under the rear wheels to prevent truck(s) from rolling:    a) WBM International, LLC /Flemington, NJ site - Loading dock doors #7 & #8:    Employee loads and unloads the over-the-road trucks using a propane powered forklift truck without setting the wheel chocks in place and or engaging the  dock hitches to ensure that the trailer doesn't move while the forklift is on it. 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(4)(i): Each employee on walking/working surfaces was not protected from falling through holes (including skylights), more than six feet (1.8 m) above lower levels, by personal fall arrest systems, covers, or guardrail systems erected around such holes.     a) WBM International, LLC /Flemington, NJ site - Roof of cardboard bailer room:       Employees performing construction operations on the roofs of the building were exposed to an falls as there were no guards in place to prevent falling off the roof. The fall distance was estimated to be more than 10 feet high.    Condition noted on or about 06/22/2017.
