29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system or personal fall arrest systems: On or about June 23, 2017, two employees performing air conditioning repair work on a residential hipped roof did not use any type of fall protection system. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards greater than 6 feet.

29 CFR 1926.503(c)(3): 29 CFR 1926.503(c)(3): When inadequacies in an affected employee's knowledge or use of fall protection systems or equipment indicate that the employee has not retained the requisite understanding or skill, the employer shall retrain the affected employee: On or about June 23, 2017, employees performing construction work at heights greater than 6-feet did not retain the understanding and skill required to recognize the hazards of falling. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards.
