29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures. (a) Northeast of building 760, metal debris and other construction materials were left on the floor, sharp metal debris, hand tools with saw blade and drill bits were not cleared from the work areas when workers secured.
