Among other methods, feasible and acceptable abatement methods to correct these hazards are to:      1. Ensure visibility from the operators seat as is referenced in the Komatsu Operation & Maintenance Manual, pages 1-5 and pages 2-22.      2. Inspect the machine and repair any problems found as is referenced in the Komatsu Operation & Maintenance Manual, pages 2-13.       3. Ensure that there is no person or obstructions in the surrounding areas, and blow the horn as is referenced in the Komatsu Operation & Maintenance Manual, page 2-26.       4. Ensure that the work equipment is operated at a proper height from the ground as is referenced in the Komatsu Operation & Maintenance Manual, page 2-27, and in the ISRI (Institute of Scrap Recycling Institute) safety guidance material.   Abatement documentation must be submitted for these items.
