OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm in that an employee was permitted to operate an off- road John Deere Utility Vehicle M-Gator on roadways within the military installation: In front of Bldg. 3340: On June 16, 2017, an employee driving a John Deere M-Gator Off-Road Utility Vehicle collided with a military Humvee while making a left turn from the roadway. The driver of the utility vehicle was ejected from the utility vehicle, and sustained fatal injuries.
