No employee shall be permitted to work where such hazards exist until they are corrected by shoring, bracing, or other effective means:    On or about 6/22/2017, at the above addressed job site, the employer had not conducted inspections to detect hazards such as instability of unsecured walls, and had not corrected them by installing shoring or bracing, thus exposing employees to struck-by and crushing hazards while working in proximity to unsupported concrete block walls.
